Procedure:
1. Remove the wheels from the axes by turning them in reversed direction and gently pull.
2. Recover any additional sections from the old bottom plate, like exhaust.
3. Clean the new bottom plate for any printer-movement residue.
4. Fit and adjust if needed the overall size, by reducing the size with a file till it fits on all sides.
5. Gleu inner section to bottom plate.
6. Check if bottom fits with interior section in place, adjust where needed.
7. With the new bottom in position, refit wheels and axes.
8. Reposition other parts, recovered from step 2.
9. For Berlingo: fix the bottom with the original screw to the body.
10. For Xsara Picasso: ensure the 2 body fixations on the new bottom is open. You might consider cutting the central locks of the front bumper/rear plate holder, so it fits directly. Some glue is recommended. Position bottom and lock it in place with the front bumper and rear plate holder.
PS. The material allows hard-plastic glue to be applied, if you want to add additional elements.
